ABOUT GENESIS HOME HEALTH, INC. Now Member of the Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign

Miami, Fl, January 13, 2011 - Genesis Home Health, Inc. has registered for the Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI) National Campaign. As one of the first home health agencies to register, the agency was granted a Premier status.

During the campaign, numerous activities and training will be guided for continuous quality improvement.

Our campaign goals include improving the rate associated with acute care hospitalizations (reducing avoidable hospitalizations) and management of oral medications for home health patients. Although the campaign is led
by the home health community, we are forming partnerships with other provider groups such as hospitals and physicians’ offices. At the focal point of our educational efforts is new multimedia Best Practice Intervention Packages (BPIPs) designed to educate home health agencies.
